General Questions
Where is Unique Day Spa located?
We are based at Unit 9A, Fashion City, Ballymount Road Upper, Ballymount, Dublin 24 (D24 H6EH). You can find us on Google Maps.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week from 10:00 – 19:00.
Do you offer private spa rooms?
Yes, all our spa experiences are in private rooms for singles, couples, or small groups. Rooms include Jacuzzi, steam, sauna, and shower.
Bookings & Vouchers
How can I book an appointment?
You can book online via our website, or call us at 01 429 5749 or 087 407 33 34.
Can I use a gift voucher to book online?
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed via email or by phone booking. If you book online, a deposit will be charged and cannot be deducted from your voucher.
Do you require a deposit for bookings?
Yes, a deposit is required when booking online. For voucher bookings, please contact us directly.
Spa Etiquette
What time should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so you can enjoy light refreshments and complete a short consultation form.
What should I wear during my visit?
Guests are required to wear robes and footwear in all public areas. Professional draping is performed throughout treatments.
Can I use my phone during treatments?
To maintain a tranquil environment, please turn off or silence your phone while in the spa.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellations & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Please refer to our full cancellation policy when booking.
What if I feel unwell during my visit?
Please inform a member of staff immediately if you feel unwell while using the facilities.
Do you allow food or smoking in the spa?
No, food and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
Is Unique Day Spa responsible for personal belongings?
We are not liable for any personal possessions lost in the spa, so we advise keeping valuables safe.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments on-site.
Can I split payment for a group booking?
Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange split payments for group visits.
