Unique Day Spa Etiquette
To ensure every guest enjoys their visit, we kindly ask you to follow our spa etiquette. From arriving a little early to keeping voices low and switching phones to silent, these small steps help us maintain a peaceful environment for all.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy a glass of bubbly or light refreshments and complete a short consultation form.
Guests aged 16–18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Professional draping is performed throughout body treatments.
To preserve a tranquil atmosphere, switch off or silence your phone.
If you need to cancel, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Be considerate and keep voices low so other guests aren’t disturbed.
Therapists reserve the right to stop a treatment at any time if behaviour is inappropriate.
Robes and footwear are required in all public areas.
Drink plenty of water while using the facilities.
Not permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you feel unwell while using the facilities, alert a member of staff immediately.
Unique Day Spa cannot accept liability for personal possessions lost in the spa.
