CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure a relaxed and fair experience for all our guests, please note the following:
- Towels, robes, and slippers are provided for guests who have multiple treatments booked.
- Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice will be issued a credit for their €50 deposit per service, which can be used at any stage, subject to availability.
- We do not offer refunds.
- Cancellations, changes, or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the €50 deposit per service being charged in full.
- A late arrival will also reduce the length of the scheduled treatment time to not impact our other guests.
