CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice will be issued a credit for their €50 deposit per service, which can be used at any stage, subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations, changes or rescheduling of bookings with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged the €50 (deposit) per service booked. This also applies to the quantity of services in our package deals.
A late arrival will also reduce the length of the scheduled treatment time to not impact our other guests.
