– Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to your appointment so you can enjoy a glass of bubbly or light refreshments and complete a short consultation form
– All guests between the age of 16 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult
– Professional draping is performed throughout your body treatment
– To provide guests with a tranquil experience, please turn off or silent your phone
– If you wish to cancel your booking, please see our cancellation policy
– Please be considerate and mind the volume of your voice while at Unique Day Spa. We do not want the noise to disrupt any of the other guest’s services.
– The therapist reserves the right to stop the treatment at any time if she/he feels that the guest behaviour is inappropriate
– Guests are required to wear robes and footwear in all public areas
– Guests are advised to drink plenty of water whilst using the facilities
– Food and smoking is not allowed in the premises
– If you feel unwell whilst using the facilities, please inform a member of staff straight away
– Unique Day Spa is not liable for any personal possessions lost in the spa
