Day Spa Gift Card FAQs

How can I purchase a gift voucher/gift card?

You can purchase a gift card from our day spa, via the website here or on-site at the spa.

How do I redeem a gift voucher/gift card?

The purchased gift card can be redeemed simply by visiting the spa, or when booking by phone or email.

Is there an expiration date for the gift voucher/gift card?

Luckily for you and all our guests, Unique Day Spa gift vouchers don’t don’t expire.

Can I get a refund or exchange for my gift voucher/gift card?

We do not currently offer refunds on vouchers. There is no time limit for use, meaning they can be redeemed at any point in future.

What happens if my gift voucher/gift card is lost or stolen?

We do not replace stolen or lost gift vouchers, but we may be able to locate all details, and the relevant voucher number, if you contact our reception team.

Can I check the balance of my gift voucher/gift card?

Yes you can, by contact us via phone, email or in-person.

Can I use a gift voucher/gift card to purchase other gift vouchers/gift cards?

No, we do not currently offer this option.

Do gift vouchers/gift cards have any restrictions on use?  

No, gift vouchers can be used to avail of any service or package within the spa.

Are there any special promotions or discounts available for gift vouchers/gift cards?

We don’t offer specific deals related to gift vouchers, but we do regularly promote seasonal offers and deals.
